Overview

Page Feedback

Collect thumbs-up / thumbs-down ratings from readers on every page.

What It Does#

Adds a small "Was this page helpful? 👍 👎" widget at the bottom of each page.

Readers click once — no forms, no email, no friction.

How to Enable#

  1. Open your docs site.
  2. Float Widget → DesignContent tab.
  3. Turn on Page Feedback.
  4. Save.

Viewing Results#

Float Widget → Analytics tab → scroll to the Feedback section.

You'll see:

  • Total thumbs up and thumbs down counts
  • Per-page breakdown — which pages are rated helpful and which aren't

How to Use Feedback Data#

Signal What to do
Page has mostly 👎 Rewrite for clarity, add examples, or split into smaller pages
Page has mostly 👍 Use it as a template for writing new pages
Page has no ratings It may not be getting traffic — check Web Analytics

Page feedback is most useful for instructional pages (how-to guides, tutorials). For reference pages (API lists, configuration tables), ratings are less meaningful.
